Milk returns are derived from product prices, expressed in farmgate equivalents. “MSE” refers to milk solids equivalent based on the % of fat and protein in commodity product specifications. Trade trends are extracted from our database of global dairy trade that adds up exports of the largest 12 dairy exporters.
